lyrics

Don't step on my feet, don't step on my feet
Don't step on my feet, don't step on my feet

Don't step on my wings, down on the floor
I'll pick them back up and use them more
If I'm gasoline, I'll meet my match
With presence of mind a safety catch
And two more lifetimes and then we'll meet again

I feel like some things are changing, I feel
I see things on the horizon, I see
An angel whispered in my ear
Live more, smile more, open your eyes more
And breath more serenely, a better day will come

Don't step on my feet, don't step on my feet
Don't step on my feet, don't step on my feet

Don't step on my wings, down on the floor
I'll pick them back up and use them more
When will we realize, we have it all?
The flame that burns bright, burns half as long
And two more lifetimes and then we'll meet again

I feel like some thing is happening, I feel
I see things with my eyes closed, I see
An angel whispered in my ear
Live more, smile more, open your eyes more
And breath more serenely, a better day will come

While there, Kirk experienced a healing event and a spiritual awakening that gave fodder to the band's music. ... more
